The Sunday Express feature ‘Holiday Health Tips’ features invaluable advice from medical health and lifestyle experts including GPs, sleep experts, nutritionists and osteopaths.

When it came to skin protection and advice on sunscreen, they sought the opinion of Cosmedics Skin Clinics’ founder Dr Ross Perry, a doctor who specialises in mole removal as well as skin cancer reconstruction for the NHS.

Dr Perry’s advice was:

“Choose a minimum SPF 30 and three stars on your sunscreen. And avoid ‘once-a-day’ application promises, as swimming and sweat make reapplying a necessity.”
