Dr Ross Perry at Cosmedics Skin Clinics has shared ‘case study’ results of BOTOX® anti-wrinkle treatment and dermal filler treatment.
Working in the aesthetics industry herself, our patient Lisa was keen to take advantage of subtle yet effective treatments in her 20s in order to take advantage of the ‘preventative’ benefits of treatment. Preventative treatments can be helpful for patients in mid to late twenties who are just starting to see lines. The treatment not only stops them from getting worse but actually removes them completely.
However, she was also keen to keep a very natural look.
Using a relatively small amount of product, Dr Ross Perry tackled common areas to soften smooth away premature lines and wrinkles, leaving a fresher looking face. He explains:
“Lisa had BOTOX® in frown, forehead and eye lines to help soften her lines.
“She also had some dermal fillers into nose to mouth lines to help soften these but also ‘underpin’ these areas so that the skins structure is more resilient to the constant smiling so means the lines wont reappear for at least 1-2 years.”

Dr Ross Perry is Founder and Medical Director of Cosmedics Skin Clinics.
He qualified at Guy’s & St Thomas’ Hospital Medical School in 1994. His career includes NHS skin cancer reconstruction, work as a GP, as well as private cosmetic skin treatments.
He established Cosmedics Skin Clinics in 2003 and remains in charge as Medical Director. He is best known for dealing with unwanted skin lesions and blemishes (e.g. moles, cysts, warts, skin tags) and natural-looking use of non-surgical cosmetic injections (BOTOX® Anti-Wrinkle Injections and Facial Fillers) and advanced laser treatments.
