Cosmedics Skin Clinics’ Medical Director, Dr Ross Perry, carried out two live non-surgical rhinoplasty treatments for The Sun Real Life’s Facebook video channel.

The treatment involves using dermal fillers to alter the shape of the nose, creating a more symmetrical, balanced and even nose which fits the profile of the face better.

1. The first patient wanted to augment the profile of her nose to make it a bit more prominent and less ‘flat’ with a more defined look. The result was a straighter nose, better in proportion with her face
2. The second patient wanted her nose to look a bit slimmer and more defined, smoothing out the sunken ‘ski jump’ dip in her nose for a straighter and slimmer look

The video was filmed at Cosmedics Skin Clinics and incorporated live interaction with viewers, with Dr Perry responding to their questions and queries as it happened.

Dr Ross Perry described that the process is done:

“…subtly and sequentially…”

As such, the process can take up to 2 sessions in order to build up the best result.

Building up the nose profile a bit at a time with tiny injections to create a more appealing shape using techniques which are far less invasive than surgery, which involves removing bone and/or cartilage.

Treatment takes 10-15 minutes (not including the consultation) and results will last up to 2 years.
